Can I still shop?
Although we’re back open for orders, your purchase may take longer to reach you.
Some things to note:
- We'll ship your purchase as soon as we can.
- For purchases made with a credit card, payment will be processed five days after the date of purchase (two days for PayPal).
- You'll be able to cancel your order at any time before your order is shipped by contacting our Customer Care Team at info@adora.ph.
- To make things a little easier, we've also extended our return period to 60 days, so you'll have more time to decide if you want to keep your purchases.
Can I change my mind?
If you’d like to cancel your order, you can do so at any time before your order is shipped.
We’ll charge your card five days after the order has been placed (two days for PayPal). If you cancel your order before this time, you may see a pending charge on your card known as a ‘pre-authorization’ which should disappear within 10 working days.
If you cancel your order after 5 days, we’ll issue a full refund to the card used for purchase.
Why is my order delayed?

Can I return?
We are now accepting returns at our warehouse. Simply arrange a collection with our courier and return your purchase as usual. For the time being, we've also extended our return period to 60 days, so you have more time to decide if you want to keep or return your purchase. Please make sure it still meets our returns policy.
When will things return to normal?
We are monitoring the situation very closely and will resume regular delivery as soon as we are able to. We appreciate your patience during this time.
